Amos is a senior policy advisor and consultant with more than 20 years' experience developing and managing a range of comorbidity-focused outreach, counselling and rehabilitation services in Victoria and New South Wales. 

With medical anthropology training, Amos is well-placed to steer policy development in multidisciplinary settings. His familiarity with social and cultural influences in healthcare, and impartial and collaborative leadership style, has helped optimise workforce skills, performance and workplace harmony in private and public sectors and non-government organisations.

Despite rapid changes in the treatment sector over the past 10 years, Amos has successfully guided treatment teams through crises, change, and capacity-building cycles, with steady, responsive and respectful stewardship.
