Anna Millichamp
Finding the right eating approach to support your, and your family’s health can be a challenge.
Anna’s common sense and holistic approach to eating focuses on the role food plays in supporting physical, mental and social health.
She loves food, dislikes ‘diets’ and believes that eating does more than simply provide us with the fuel and nutrients we need to thrive.
Food is also one of life’s great joys and is intertwined with our culture, social lives, emotional, physical and mental wellbeing.
Her recommendations are based on evidence-based nutritional therapy, taking a foods-first approach and her sessions include counselling and food education.
An Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist with expertise in Paediatric Nutrition and Eating Disorders, Anna provides expert nutritional care for infants, children, mothers, families and adults experiencing disordered eating or eating disorders.
Anna has experience in nutrition and feeding issues such as picky and problem eating, allergies and intolerances (including breastfeeding an allergic child), growth faltering, and gastrointestinal conditions, supporting people who identify as neurodivergent (e.g. ADHD, Autism) with feeding and eating challenges, and has a special interest in eating disorder support.
Anna also works at Bond University as an academic in their Masters of Nutrition and Dietetic Practice program.
