Sports & Performance Content
Our sports and performance programs break away from the traditional, on-field performance focus, and look at the athlete as a whole person. The psychological component of the program gives athletes, at all stages of their career, the tools to succeed both on the field and off, with tailored sessions to include specific challenges such as dealing with performance-related stress or addiction, transitioning to life after sport, or coping with injury. The psychological module is complemented by allied health programs that are also personalised to the individual, or team - including physiotherapy and dietetics; as well as an extensive experiential program that includes equine therapy, narrative therapy, and yoga.
